Shipping information

At the moment, we only ship domestically (Singapore). For international orders, please contact hello@cumulocoffee.com. If you have any questions, please donít hesitate to contact our Customer Service Department by mail or by Whatsapp at +659711-0038.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on cumulocoffee.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods. Do note that due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we might change our production cycles, policies and protocols due to pandemic measures. Rest assured that we are doing all we can to ensure you receive your orders on time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or sign into your account. Note that live tracking availability is dependent on the respective shipping providers.

For domestic orders, you can expect to receive your orders in 2-3 working days from processing day. For international orders most orders will reach within in 1-3 weeks depending on your location. For large equipment orders such as espresso machines, it will take 4-8 weeks by sea. Note that during festive or high volume periods your order may take longer than anticipated.

At this moment, we do not offer self pick-up at our roastery. We are working with challenges of feasibility and efficiency and have thus decided to streamline our options by removing self-pickup and offering free delivery, until we can offer something better (More convenient) in the future.

We roast and process orders every Monday and Thursday. However due to the pandemic, we currently roast on Thursdays. The cut-off time for ordering will be 12 pm noon on those days. If you order after 12 pm noon on Monday it will be processed on Thursday, If you order after 12 pm noon on Thursday, it will be process the following Monday. Note that if a Public holiday falls on our roasting/processing day, our schedule will be pushed either a day forward or a day backwards depending on the day of the week the PH falls on.

You can cancel your order anytime before we processed your order by sending a request to hello@cumulocoffee.com. Once your order is processed, you will not be able to cancel your order. We will review the cancellation request on case by case basis with a decision. If your order cancellation is approved and processed, the refund will be processed through your original mode-of payment. There may be situation that we will not be able to refund the shipping charges because the service has be initiated with the courier company. All sale is final with the exemption of manufacturer's defect or damage during transport. In case by case basis, we will review your return request and should it is approved, you can return the product to one of our facilities at your own cost and the relevant refund will be processed with the exception of the shipping charges.

All shipping rates on your order only cover shipping charges. Any related duties, taxes, custom charges, or any handling fees are not included in your total order amount and will be assessed by the shipping company and to be paid by you. Due to the various custom policy across countries, do check with your local custom office for more information. Do note that custom clearance processing may require time and may caused delay on the delivery.
