A very high-grade artisanal blend of handpicked 'Samidori', 'Asahi', and 'Uji Hikari' breeds, direct from our farm partners in Uji, Kyoto.
Our ceremonial Matcha is carefully shaded for 20 to 30 days before harvest using a method called "Tana" which requires skillful technique and great care. Wonderful mellow aroma with a smooth taste.

2g Matcha to 70ml water @ 60 Deg C.
[Koicha] - Thick Tea
4g Matcha to 40ml water @ 75Deg C.

Note: Do not use high temperature water as the Matcha will turn bitter.

Whisk (2g) Matcha powder with 30ml warm water and (1 tsp) brown sugar syrup using a bamboo whisk or handheld frother. (Sugar concotion based on your preference.)
[Iced]
Mix (4g) Matcha powder with 30ml warm water and (1 tbsp) brown sugar syrup and whisk it until combined.
Add handful of ices & 220ml cold whole milk in a cup, then pour Matcha-mix in.
[Iced without Milk]
Mix (4g) Matcha powder with 30ml warm water and whisk it until combined.
Add handful of ices & 220ml cold water / tonic / soda water in a cup, then pour Matcha-mix in. Stir well.

Genmaicha - Sencha & Puffed Brown Grains
Genmaicha is a mellow blend of Sencha and roasted puffed brown rice grains. Hearty mix of flavorful roasted grains and good grade Sencha that was made from only Ichibancha. This Japanese green tea carries subtle nutty tones with aromatic toasted sesame notes while you brew.
Loose leaf (for 1 pax)
[Hot]
Add (3g) Genmaicha loose leaf and pour 60ml of boiling water into a teapot. Let it steep for 1 min and you're done! The longer you steep, the stronger it tastes.
[Cold]
Add (10g) Genmaicha loose leaf and 240ml of boiling water into a teapot and let it brew for 60 seconds. Pour out the tea in a glass filled with handful of ices.

Hojicha Karigane Roasted Green Tea Leaves
Hojicha Karigane is made from the stems of high grade tea leaves. This nourishing roasted green tea has a deeply sweet flavor and smooth body with every sip, that helps to relax the brain and body. A low caffeine drink suit all ages and even cool you on a sizzling hot day.
Loose leaf (for 1 pax)
[Hot]
Add (2g) Hojicha loose leaf into a teapot. Pour 160ml of hot water (95°C ~ 100°C) into the teapot. Let it steep for 30 seconds and you're done! The longer you steep, the stronger it tastes.
[Cold]
Combine (8g) Hojicha loose leaf and 750ml of filter water in a bottle. Let it steep and refrigerate for 4~6 hours.

Balanced and rich, 100% Natural
A naturally smoky flavour with distinct notes of cocoa. The sweetness of the stems combined with the smokiness of the leaves result in a well-rounded flavour that delights with each sip.
[Hot]
Whisk (1 teaspoon) Hojicha powder to (60ml) of 80°C room temperature water and (1 teaspoon) maple syrup / brown sugar syrup, using a bamboo whisk, handheld frother, or spoon. (Sugar concotion based on your preference.)
Steam and froth 180ml whole milk or oat milk. Pour it into your mug. Stir well and you're done!
[Cold]
Add handful of ices into a glass and 180ml of cold milk.
Whisk (2 teaspoon) Hojicha powder, 60ml room temperature water and (1 tablespoon) maple syrup or brown sugar syrup until fully dissolved. (Sugar concotion based on your preference.)
Gently pour your Hojicha-mix directly onto one of the ice cubes to create the layered effect.
