Roast: Espresso - Medium

Flavour notes: Milk Chocolate, Hazelnuts and Caramel

Producer: NKG Stockler

Process : Natural

Varietal: Mundo Novo, Catuai & Bourbon

Altitude: 800 to 1,250 MASL

Cerrado is a huge region in Brazil, meaning “savanna” or central plateau. It is a major powerhouse in coffee production and some of the best coffee in Brazil come from the region. Our Cerrado is a medium roast that makes a super solid espresso. It has softer body than normal brazilians, with notes of chocolate and hazelnuts and a sweet lingering caramel finish. We recommend it for both milk/black espresso, aeropress and cold brews!

  • QUALITY: Each pack contains 100-count of the finest disposable cone-shaped coffee filters ever made. Made in Japan by the originators of the cone-shaped coffee maker, Sanyo Sangyo has developed the perfect amount of tiny crinkles - on BOTH sides of the paper - which produces the smoothest, sediment free coffee - and allows water to get through the dripper much faster than conventional filter paper - so you could enjoy your coffee hotter and sooner!
  • UNIVERSAL CONE SHAPE: Designed in conjunction with our very own porcelain flower-shaped coffee drippers, which come in 5 amazing colors - and ALSO fit all V60 02-style cone shaped coffee drippers: Hario, Chemex etc. This filter creates the perfect layer of ground coffee so that water spreads throughout all the grounds - which is the key to creating a perfect cup of coffee with smooth body.
  • ECO- AND TREE-FRIENDLY ORGANIC ABACA PAPER: This environmentally "green" product is made of the Manila Hemp known as ABACA. One of ABACA's many advantages is that while it has the strength of wood, it is also extremely liquid-permeable and supple. Packed in Oita, Japan. Only filters that pass close quality inspection are shipped out. FSC Certified: The FSC certificate shows that the banana-tree fiber to make the paper is only sourced from well-managed, eco-friendly forests.

JHDC Authorized Product

It is the filter paper authorized by JHDC(Japan Hand-Drip Championship), and is rated high as a paper which can brew out “high-qualitied coffee with good acidity”.

About Product
Oxygen-bleached coffee filter paper produced using special technique to incorporate a 2-side crepe feature onto paper to allow smooth water flow and less chances of blockage during coffee brewing. What is Abaca?

Abaca, also known as Manila hemp, is a non-wood and environmentally friendly material made for the afforestation projects. It is eco-friendly because it has a short planting time and can be planted in large quantities without using chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Abaca replaces the use of wood and reduces forest consumption and environmental burden.

Abaca greatly reduces soil erosion and facilitates biodiversity restoration in tropical rainforest and it minimizes sedimentation problems in coastal areas. As the soil is able to retain more water, flooding and landslides will be better prevented. Abaca waste can even be used as an organic fertilizer.

Roast: Filter - Light

Producer: Felipe Arcila

Process : Natural Extended Fermentation

Varietal: Yellow Gesha

This coffee is a 91 points nanolot grown by Felipe Arcila at the farm Jardines Del Eden (Garden of Eden).

Gesha is originally from Ethiopia and cherries usually ripen to be red. Out of 1000 Gesha trees, occasionally trees producing yellow cherries appear, and these are called Yellow Gesha. Geshas grow well at an altitude of above 1850 MASL as the higher-altitude and longer maturation process leads to more complex sugar formation, yielding complex flavours. We really enjoyed this soft, sweet and complex coffee from Cofinet and hope to share it with you.

Enjoy!

An experimental coffee that’s Winey, Bright and Funky from renown SNAP Specialty Coffee in Ethiopia on behalf of small farm holders.

After picking the ripe cherries, farmers from the Raro village deliver the ripe cherries at the wet mill, where cherries are sorted in a floating tank.

This unique process starts with the cherries that are taken to African drying beds where they are put inside plastic bags and left to ferment for 48 hours. Here the natural fermentation breaks down the sugar in the coffee cherries, producing lactic acid, carbon dioxide and other unique flavour compounds.

Huehuetenango is one of Guatemala’s three non-volcanic regions, as well as its highest and driest under cultivation, making it one of the best for coffee production.

Currents of hot air sweep up from the Plains of Tehuantepec, in Oaxaca, Mexico, and mix here with the cool air descending from the Cuchumatanes Mountains, creating a microclimate that’s protected from frost and allowing coffee to be cultivated at up to 2,000 meters.

Huehuetenango’s extreme remoteness requires that nearly all producers process their own coffee. Fortunately, the region has abundant rivers and streams, making it relatively easy for producers to set up mills. Still more fortunately, Huehue’s geographic conditions help to create exceptional coffees with a distinct acidity and fruity flavors.

We love Guatemalan coffee for its richness and complexity. It makes a really delicious espresso based drink. Enjoy
